VATICAN CITY – JULY 11, 2022 – Maria Antoineta Collins, co-host of Despierta America en Domingo, will hold an exclusive interview – in Spanish– with Pope Francis in Vatican City. The interview will stream at 7 p.m. EST on Noticias Univision 24/7 on ViX.

Although Maria Antoineta Collins previously spoke with Pope Francis during an in-flight press conference on September 27, 2015, Pope Francis has never sat for an interview with Univision Noticias in the nine years of his papacy.
This historic conversation will be the first time two women, Maria Antoineta Collins and Valentina Alazraki from Noticieros Televisa interview Pope Francis. Both Collins and Alazraki are Mexican.
