QUIERO TU VIDA, an Original Film Produced by Salma Hayek Pinault’s Ventanarosa Productions Premieres Today Exclusively on VIX
MIAMI – MAY 3, 2023 – The ViX Original movie produced by Salma Hayek Pinault’s Ventanarosa Productions, QUIERO TU VIDA (I Want Your Life) premieres today on the premium plan of the streaming service.
Erick Elías (“Tormenta en el paraíso” [Storm over Paradise], “El hotel de los secretos” [The Hotel of Secrets]), Zuria Vega (“Las pelotaris 1926”, “Que te perdone Dios” [Ask God for Forgiveness], “Mi marido tiene familia” [My Husband Got a Family]), Bárbara de Regil (“Rosario Tijeras”, “Cabo”, “MexZombies”), Jesús Zavala (“La boda de Valentina” [Valentina’s Wedding], “Cómplices” [Accomplices]) and Natalia Téllez (“Logout”, “Te acuerdas de mí” [I’ve Known You All My Life]) star in the romantic comedy. Produced by Salma Hayek Pinault and Jose Tamez under the Ventanarosa Productions label along with Jorge Garcia Castro and Jorge Colón, QUIERO TU VIDA is directed by Jorge Colón (“Sin ella” [Without Her], “Tired of Kissing Frogs”) and based on a screenplay by Tamez and Garcia Castro.
QUIERO TU VIDA is a romantic comedy about Nico, a young soccer star whose promising career comes to a sudden end when he suffers a devastating injury on the field. Eight years later, Nico is a bitter man still fantasizing about what his life could have been. When the universe magically gives him the chance to lead the life he always dreamed of, Nico realizes that fame and glory can be deceptive and sometimes happiness comes in the most unexpected ways.
This is the first project under the first look agreement between TelevisaUnivision and Ventanarosa Productions to produce Spanish-language feature films exclusively for ViX.
